You may be navigating a divorce, a move abroad, a period of burnout, or a quieter inner shift. What once felt familiar now feels off. You might feel overwhelmed, uncertain, or disconnected from yourself, even if on the outside you are still holding everything together.
You are likely someone who has been strong for a long time. You have adapted, taken responsibility, and kept going, often for others. And now, with everything changing, the overwhelm can feel heavier because you have lost touch with your own inner reference point.
That is where this work begins.
My coaching offers a calm and supportive space where you can pause, breathe, and listen to yourself again.
Together, we explore what has shifted, what you are carrying, and what wants to take shape next. There is no pressure to have answers or a clear plan. We work with what is present, at a pace that feels respectful and grounding. This work is not about fixing yourself. It is about reconnecting with who you are now and trusting your own direction again.

In our sessions, we create space to process the emotional impact of change, explore identity shifts and inner tension, reconnect with your values and sense of self, rebuild confidence and inner stability, and clarify next steps that feel realistic and aligned. You do not need to explain your whole story or know where you are heading when you start. We begin exactly where you are.
