This coaching is for you if you feel your energy slowly moving towards burnout, if you notice that you are stuck in patterns that once made sense, or if you simply feel that your life no longer fully fits who you are today. For that reason I do not work with individual sessions, but with a structured coaching journey of 6 or 12 weeks. During this period we meet weekly and explore together how you arrived at this point, where your energy is going and what needs to change for you to move forward with more clarity and balance. My role is not to tell you how to live your life, but to sit beside you while we bring clarity to what is happening. Sometimes that means slowing down and honestly looking at what is going on in your life. Sometimes it means asking questions you may have been avoiding for a while. Step by step things become clearer, and from that clarity you can begin making choices that better fit who you are today.
